You may return most items sold by The Masonic Exchange within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping and Handling
costs will not be refunded. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
- Any piece of Jewelry (including rings) which have a Size 10 or higher, custom side emblems, or any other custom feature
- Any item which has been specially engraved or been altered for your specific needs

Shipping an item from The Masonic Exchange? We can ship to virtually
any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate a
shipping and delivery date for you, based on the availability of your
items and the shipping options you choose. Deliveries are made only
Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
Standard Delivery 2 - 9 Delivery
Orders will arrive within 2 to 9 days depending on form of shipping
and following credit card authorization, if the item(s) are in stock.
Otherwise delivery could be delayed for up to 4 weeks. Standard
delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii,
territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. All
standard deliveries are handled by USPS or United States Postal
Service Priority Mail. See chart below for prices.
Priority Delivery 1-3 Day Delivery
Priority delivery is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii,
U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.
USPS handles all express deliveries. See chart below for prices.
Express Delivery 1 Day Delivery
Express delivery is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii,

International Delivery
Orders will arrive within 15 to 25 days, following credit card authorization.
International delivery is available for shipping to most countries in the world.
All International deliveries are handled by FedEx or United States Postal
Service Priority Mail. Add $20.00 to standard shipping costs.
